The Minnesota State Ambulance Reporting system (MNSTAR) Hospital Hub allows all receiving facilities access to the electronic patient care records for all EMS transports in the State of Minnesota transported to their facility. To create an account and access the system, a hospital needs to contact the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB) at david.rogers@state.mn.us Each hospital will have a designated agency/organization lead who will manage access to individuals in their organization that require access to the EMS records.
